    TORONTO, Sept. 24 /CNW/ - On Thursday, October 2nd, the Canadian
Standards Association (CSA) will hold a media roundtable to discuss and
outline its new greenhouse gas (GHG) CleanStart Registry(TM).
    CSA President of Standards, Suzanne Kiraly and CSA Director of Climate
Change, Michel Girard, will illustrate the issues facing Canadian businesses
when it comes to reducing carbon emissions, and how the Registry can help.
    Kiraly will discuss CSA's Climate Change program, how the Registry can
help businesses offset their carbon emissions and ultimately help bring about
lasting change for our environment. Michel Girard will outline recent trends
regarding carbon management in North America, how the Registry works via a
visual demonstration, and will lay out the steps involved to help
organizations improve their carbon performance and achieve carbon neutrality.
