Media advisory - Media invited to participate in Vancouver 2010 doping control training workshop

    VANCOUVER, Sept. 25 /CNW/ - The Vancouver Organizing Committee for the
2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (VANOC) will be conducting doping
control officer (DCO) and blood collection officer (BCO) training workshops
for over 170 potential Games-time volunteers.
    Members of the media are invited to take part in a training workshop
where they will receive hands-on training in the collection and sample
processes, speak to volunteers going through the program and learn more about
VANOC's pre-Games anti-doping education initiative.

              9:30 am to 10:15 am - media participate in workshop
              10:15 am to 10:30 - one-on-one media availability
