VANCOUVER, May 26 /CNW Telbec/ - The Canadian Paralympic Committee (CPC)
would like to remind all Canadian print, Internet and radio media that the
media accreditation application deadline for the Vancouver 2010 Paralympic
Games is May 31th, 2009.
This is the only opportunity for non-rights holding Canadian print,
Internet and radio journalists, as well as photographers to apply for
accreditation to cover the Vancouver 2010 Paralympic Winter Games.
The categories for accreditation are as follows: "E" Journalists (print,
online and non-rights holding radio journalists) and "EP" Photographers.
Applications for accreditation must be accompanied by:
1. A signed letter of assignment on official letterhead of a recognized
media organization from the publisher, assignment editor or bureau
chief. It must specify the name and functional title of the applicant.
A contact must also be provided for the publisher, assignment editor
or bureau chief signing the letter. Please note that we accept
2. Two articles from a newspaper, magazine, trade magazine, other
publication or online article with byline that has been published
within the last year. Radio reporters should present recordings or a
transcript of two recent reports that have aired within the last year.

returned (by email or post) with supporting documents to Marie-Hélène Cayer by
