Minister Monte Kwinter and Willowdale MPP David Zimmer will make an important
announcement concerning animal safety in Ontario.

                    361A Old Finch Avenue

    DIRECTIONS:     Highway 401 to Meadowvale Road in Scarborough (exit
                    No. 389 from both directions)
                    Go north, past zoo parking, to Old Finch Avenue and turn
                    Take Old Finch Avenue and turn left into the first
                    (Park and check in at the reception office)

    MEDIA NOTE:     Please arrive at the Toronto Zoo Administration Building
                    at 9:30 a.m. for escort to event location

                    Representatives of the Ontario Society for the Prevention
                    of Cruelty to Animals; the Canadian Association of Zoos
                    and Aquariums; the World Society for Protection of
