Media Advisory - Mayor Miller congratulates Torontonians who have made an impact on the vitality of Toronto

    TORONTO, June 22 /CNW/ - Rahul Bhardwaj and the Toronto Community
Foundation will celebrate the achievements of a remarkable group of
individuals and non-profit organizations who are recipients of the prestigious
Vital People (8) and Vital Ideas (14) awards. The recipients will receive
congratulations from Mayor David Miller at the second annual Vital Toronto
event. Entertainment will be provided by inner city youth who benefit from the
community work of some of the award recipients
    There will also be interviews with recipients outlining the impact of the
award on their career and/or organization. In addition, clients of the
non-profit organizations that have benefited from their services will
communicate the organization's impact on their lives.
