Media Advisory - Lawyers file arguments in Court supporting largest ever unpaid overtime class action law suit launched on behalf of current and former CIBC non-management employees

    TORONTO, Nov. 16 /CNW/ - Monday November 19, lawyers Douglas Elliott (Roy
Elliott Kim O'Connor LLP) and Louis Sokolov (Sack Goldblatt Mitchell LLP) will
be available to discuss the documents they filed in Ontario's Superior Court
in support of the unpaid overtime class action law suit against CIBC. In
addition Elliott and Sokolov, along with lawyers in Vancouver, Edmonton,

employees who have filed sworn statements backing the Canada-wide claim
brought by CIBC teller Dara Fresco. They will also be available to outline the
