Media Advisory - Inter-provincial migration has stunning effect on Winnipeg housing market

    WINNIPEG, Aug. 13 /CNW/ -  Jeff Powell, CMHC Prairie and Territories
Region, Senior Market Analyst for Winnipeg will discuss the CMHC Housing
Market Update for 2007 to be released on August 15.
    Highlights include the positive effect the turnaround in inter-provincial
migration will have on the Winnipeg housing market and the impact of the 20
year high in Multi-family construction.

available to discuss the recently commissioned MLS/CREA study indicating the
