              innovative municipal environmental projects:

              - the City of Kingston's new Leadership in Energy and
                Environmental Design (LEED) Police Facility;
              - the Township of Lanark Highlands Sustainable Community Plan;
              - the City of Brockville's Small Population Cogeneration from
                Wastewater Treatment Project; and
              - the Town of Mississippi Mills Environmental Assessment of the
                Almonte Ward Sewage Treatment System.
