    TORONTO, Sept. 6 /CNW/ - The Canadian Diabetes Association, in
partnership with The Arthritis Society, CNIB, Kidney Foundation of Canada,
Ontario Pharmacists' Association, and Osteoporosis Canada, will be holding a
public debate on the future of chronic disease management and care in Ontario.
