announced that it plans to webcast its Special Meeting of Shareholders and
Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders, to be held tomorrow, June 8, 2007,
at 1:30 pm. The Special Meeting is being held to consider for approval a
transaction proposed by Sherritt International Corporation (TSX - S)
("Sherritt") that would result in Sherritt acquiring all of the issued and
outstanding common shares of Dynatec pursuant to a plan of arrangement. The
