Media Advisory - CIBC Run for the Cure

    TORONTO, Sept. 28 /CNW/ -

    What: Approximately 30,000 people are expected to attend the sixteenth
    annual Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run for the Cure in
    Toronto. The Run is a 5 km or 1 km run or walk to raise money for the
    Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation's investments in breast cancer
    research, community health projects and other initiatives that will make
    a difference. It takes place in more than 50 communities across the

                        story of his personal connection to breast cancer

    Where: Nathan Phillips Square, Toronto

    Media: Media are asked to check in at the media tent (note its new
    location this year at the patio area outside Café on the Square, at the
    northeast corner of Nathan Phillips Square), where they can pick up media
    kits and arrange interviews with Foundation spokespeople, event sponsors
    and/or Run participants and breast cancer survivors. Staff can help
    orient media to the site, and direct photographers to the areas of
    strongest visual appeal.
