Media Advisory - CAW reaches tentative agreement with Pratt & Whitney Canada

    MONTREAL, Dec. 14 /CNW/ - The CAW has reached a tentative agreement with
Pratt & Whitney Canada early this morning, following a series of late night
    CAW Local 510 represents 2,800 workers in the company's three locations
in Longueil. The two sides have been in intensive negotiations since November
    The tentative agreement has received the unanimous support of bargaining
committee, including CAW National President Buzz Hargrove, Secretary-Treasurer
Jim O'Neil and Quebec Director Luc Desnoyers - the three top officers of the
union. All will be in attendance for the ratification meeting scheduled for
this Sunday:
