JOIN's Inaugural Employer Breakfast Series, an initiative of its new Business
The Job Opportunity Information Network, JOIN, links persons with
disabilities to employers seeking qualified candidates. The breakfast series
will be a key resource for employers committed to breaking down barriers to
accessibility in the work force.
The event sponsored by JOIN, ODSP Employment Supports, BMO Financial
Group and TD Bank Financial Group encourages employers to build employment

Wayne Kemick, Senior Vice-President and Wealth Advisor at BMO
Nesbitt-Burns, will be on hand to discuss the challenges he faces as a person
with disabilities in the workforce. A former football player, Wayne Kemick
became a quadriplegic after an accident in 1978. He returned to school to earn
his MBA and is an advocate for breaking down barriers to accessibility. JOIN
