Culinary prodigies from George Brown College Chefs in the City(TM)
contest to run The Chefs' House kitchen
TORONTO, May 8 /CNW/ - On Monday, May 11, culinary prodigies from
Toronto's Danforth Collegiate and Orillia's Twin Lakes Secondary School, will
be making dinner for more than 60 guests at The Chefs' House in Toronto, the
city's only store-front, student-run restaurant open the public. The
opportunity to be a part of a real-time dinner service was awarded to the
students as part of their first place finishes at this year's George Brown
College Chefs in the City competition. The students were also awarded with
full scholarships to attend the George Brown College Chef School.
