Media Advisory - Air Canada Centre celebrates best of global cuisine - Savour the Spirit. A Culinary Adventure.

    WHAT:  Some of the top Canadian chefs and award-winning sommeliers will
           come together for one special night to prepare an exclusive dinner
           celebrating the very best in global inspired cuisine.

           "Savour the Spirit. A Culinary Adventure." will prepare a seven
           course tasting menu with wine pairings at Air Canada Centre's
           award-winning Platinum Club Restaurant.

           Proceeds from "Savour the Spirit. A Culinary Adventure" event
           benefit George Brown's Hospitality Program. Two new scholarships
           will be created for students wishing to pursue a career in the
           hospitality industry.
