Media Advisory - Adler Renewable Energy Fund to Donate its First Solar School Project

    TORONTO, Nov. 5 /CNW/ - Announcing an important educational and
environmental event in Toronto - the launch of the Adler Renewable Energy
Fund's Solar Schools Initiative, and the unveiling of its first solar system
to be installed on a Toronto District School Board school. The donated
photovoltaic system will feed Ontario's electricity grid and provide an income
to the school.
    Invited Ministers, Davenport MPP Tony Ruprecht and Davenport City
Councilor Cesar Palacio are scheduled to address an audience of students,
Faculty, parents, local officials and Foundation representatives. Ribbon
cutting and entertaining photo opportunities of youth and student participants
also scheduled.

    Location: Rawlinson Community School - 231 Glenholme Avenue (St. Clair &
              Oakwood) Toronto

    AREF was established by the Adler Family, the Founding shareholders of
SkyPower Corp., the leading independent renewable power developer in Canada.
The fund was instituted solely for the purpose of donating renewable energy
solutions to schools, towns and First Nations in an effort to educate and
create awareness of the benefits of clean renewable energy. AREF selected
ARISE Technologies to install the PV system at Rawlinson Community School.
