TORONTO, Nov. 19 /CNW/ - MedcomSoft Inc. (TSX - MSF) today announced that
Mr. Ray Harris has resigned as a director of the Company. Mr. Harris's
decision was prompted by the resignation of Mr. Paul Davis last week, as Mr.
Harris had originally joined the Company's board of directors as a result of
his prior business relationships with Mr. Davis. MedcomSoft remains thankful
to Mr. Harris for the valuable contribution he brought to its Board in the
last 3 years, and wishes him the best of success.
The remaining Board members have confirmed that they continue to be fully
supportive of MedcomSoft and its management. The Company is now in discussions
with a number of suitable candidates to replace Messrs. Davis and Harris.
