that it has reached an agreement with the Province of British Columbia on the
terms under which the exclusive license to operate BC OnLine will be extended
for 5 years.
MDA has no capital investment obligations during the extension period and
has taken measures designed to protect the company's interest against
potential declines in BC OnLine's transaction volumes. Under the Renewal
Agreement, MDA will recognize revenue on BC OnLine on a Net basis rather than
a Gross basis.
