(TSX: MDA), a provider of essential information solutions, announced the
successful launch of the Land Title and Survey Authority's (LTSA) Electronic

Surveyor General Office. Through the Electronic Survey Plan system, both
private and Crown land survey plans can be submitted electronically to the
LTSA. The LTSA has been accepting electronic survey plans of Crown land since
July 2006, and now receives over 70% of these plans in electronic format.
