appointment of Keith D. McLeod as Senior Vice President, Operations, effective
Mr. McLeod most recently served as Senior Vice President, Operations for
a large Canadian chemical producer with Canadian and international operations,
where he worked for more than six years leading the operational functions
including manufacturing, engineering & construction, energy, and procurement.
Previously, Mr. McLeod worked for another major chemicals manufacturer for
more than 18 years in various North American assignments. He is a Professional
Engineer, and received a Bachelor of Science with Distinction in 1975 and a
Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1980 from the University of
Alberta. He has served as a director of a number of industry associations,
including the Canadian Chemical Producers' Association, and is currently an
independent director of QuestAir Technologies Inc, a public Canadian company.
