Love Hate set to Open it's First International bar in Montreal

MONTREAL, Jan. 20 /CNW/ - Reality television show "Miami Ink" stars, Ami
James and Chris Nunez, choose Montreal as the first international location for
their new "Love Hate" rock bar. The doors of their new establishment
officially open at 8pm on Thursday January 29, 2009, on the corner of
Notre-Dame Est and Place Jacques Cartier, in Old Montreal. Belvedere Vodka is
the proud presenter and supporter of the evening, where fans and media alike
have the opportunity to personally mingle with the tattoo masters, as well as
all the brilliant local artists who visually branded the bar. Among the
talented attendees are the "More Than a Friend" Fine Art design duo Krista
Bursey and Jason Wasserman, the founder of Montreal's graffiti magazine and
convention "Under Pressure" Sterling Downey. And of course, Pierre Chaplan the
owner of Tattoo Mania and founder of Montreal's "Art Show Tattoo" convention.

Set in a historic house built around 1800 on land granted to Lambert
Closse by Paul de Chomedey de Maisonneuve, Love Hate Montreal is a venue where
high-energy rock and roll coexists with classic hip-hop, topped with an
underground artistic flair. Based on a visual blend of graffiti, pop art and
tattoo culture mixed to perfection, the design and atmosphere reminisces of a
familiar feeling mingling with the underground culture.

Love Hate is an American brand that was launched after the debut of the
notorious reality televised series "Miami Ink". The original show aired in
over 160 countries worldwide, and has since boosted its main personalities Ami
James and Chris Nunez to international icons. The brand includes an extensive
array of subdivisions ranging from a tattoo parlor, a chopper shop, a clothing
line, two lounges, and its newest project "Love Hate Productions".
