celebrated atop The Fairmont Vancouver on Wednesday, June 3, surrounded by
spectacular city scenery.
Global BC's Sophie Lui emceed The Sky's The Limit: The 2009 IABC/BC
Bronze Quill Awards Gala, which recognized the communications industry in
categories such as:
- Marketing Communications
- Strategic Communication Processes
- Electronic and Digital Communication
- Employee/Member Communication
- Human Resources and Benefits Communications
Chris Freimond, President of the BC chapter of IABC, sums up the awards:

This year's selected winners are individuals from Vancouver Coastal
Health, the BC Securities Commission, BC Public Service Agency, Workforce
Planning and Leadership Secretariat, Insurance Corporation of British Columbia
and Simon Fraser Student Society.
