The panel will advise McGuinty's government on climate change strategies
and policies, as well as scientific and economic research, all the while, with
a clear focus to help the province meet its 'Go Green Action Plan' targets for

a focal point of the panel, with a vision for Ontario to move toward the
low-carbon economy of the future.
Lisa, a recognized Canadian expert, has ten years of experience in the
law relating to emissions trading, the Kyoto Protocol and the evolving area of
