With its unique ownership structure - all customer-owners are
shareholders - Libro's purpose is to help its owners be financially
"Our job is to help people own their lives," says Jack Smit, President &
CEO. "We do that by keeping their priority - financial freedom - front and
centre. We're proud to see that they value the advice we provide!"
"Another question we ask our owners is whether they tell others about
Libro as a great place for day-to-day banking. Ninety-three per cent of our
owners report that they would recommend Libro to their friends and family,"
adds Smit. "This is the best compliment we could receive; we know there is
nothing more powerful than a positive personal referral."
