Last School Based Aquatic Competition?

TORONTO, June 10 /CNW/ - School swimmers meet this Wednesday for a
city-wide water polo tournament in what may be the last board-wide aquatic
competition ever in this city.
With the likely closing of 23 school board pools this year and 16 next,
events like this involving over 100 youth from 12 school teams come to an
abrupt end this month.
Drop in and see the new skills and fun exhibited by these 120 students,
(representing schools from Annette PS; D.A Morrison MS; Glenview PS; Gordon A.
Brown MS; Hillcrest PS; and Lord Lansdowne PS) - and ask them how they feel
about losing their pools.
