EDMONTON, April 15 /CNW/ - More than 3,500 equipment and real estate
items will be sold to the highest bidders at an unreserved Ritchie Bros.
Auctioneers public auction being held at the Company's permanent auction site
in Nisku (Edmonton), Alberta from Tuesday April 28 to Thursday, April 30,
2009. The public auction starts each day at 8am local time and features a
large selection of equipment from more than 350 consignors as well as
residential and agricultural properties located in Saskatchewan, Alberta and

Manager. "There is a variety of equipment for the oil and gas, construction,
agricultural and transportation industries, as well as a good selection of
real estate, all of which will be sold to the highest bidders on auction day,
regardless of price."
The auction includes more than 100 hydraulic excavators, 85 crawler
tractors, 60 motor scrapers, 45 motor graders, 45 wheel loaders, and a variety
of transportation and agricultural equipment, including more than 90 truck
tractors, and 45 agricultural tractors. The sale also includes consumer items,
such as a helicopter, electric golf carts, exercise equipment, a fifth wheel
trailer, recreational vehicles and pickup trucks.

The real estate is being sold during Day Two (April 29, 2009) of the
