Labour Minister gets the message - 25,000 in 'fax'

    TORONTO, Oct. 23 /CNW/ - Catherine Swift, president of the Canadian
Federation of Independent Business (CFIB), delivered today to Queen's Park
25,000 faxes for Ontario Labour Minister Peter Fonseca from Federation
members. The CFIB members were expressing strong opposition the government's
intention of enacting legislation on mandatory WSIB coverage of independent
operators and other individuals. Swift also delivered her own message to the
