Kolombo announces board changes

    MONTREAL, Oct. 26 /CNW Telbec/ - Kolombo Technologies Ltd. ("Kolombo") is
pleased to announce that Mr. Jean Charles Dupuis was elected to Kolombo's
board of directors at the annual shareholders' meeting held October 16, 2007.
All of the other directors who held seats on the board were re-elected.
    "We are very happy to welcome back Mr. Dupuis who was previously a member
of our board. His competence and experience are highly relevant to the
Company's development needs. Jean Charles has solid entrepreneurial experience
and a thorough understanding of the high technology sector. These are
qualities that Kolombo can use to its advantage," said Mr. Martin Arsenault,
President and Chief Executive Officer of Kolombo.
    Mr. Dupuis has held several key positions in various companies, including
that of co-founder and chief executive officer of Eloda Inc., an information
technology company which develops innovative solutions for the publicity
industry. Among other roles, he has also held the position of Vice-President
at Belron Canada and Meloche Monnex, now known as TD Meloche Monnex.
    Furthermore, Kolombo has accepted the resignation of Mr. Christian
Carle-Catafago who has been a member of the Company's board for three years.
Mr. Carle-Catafago, who resides in Lebanon, has resigned due to the distance
and because he has decided to further pursue his studies. "We would like to
thank Mr. Carle-Catafago for his contribution and we wish him all the best in
his future endeavours," said Mr. Arsenault.
