Karol Brassard Increases His Interest in Clemex

    MONTREAL, June 18 /CNW Telbec/ - Karol Brassard announced that he has
acquired 100,000 shares of CLEMEX TECHNOLOGIES INC. (TSX Venture: CXG.a)
("Clemex"), bringing his total holdings in Clemex to 4,193,300 shares,
representing approximately 22.4% of the total outstanding shares of Clemex.
The shares were purchased through the TSX Venture Exchange.
    Including the recent purchases as mentioned in a press release dated
June 12, 2008, Mr. Brassard has acquired a total of 371,000 shares during the
period between June 2, 2008 and June 17, 2008, representing slightly less than
2% of the total outstanding shares of Clemex.
    Mr. Brassard indicated that the purchased shares are being held for
investment purposes and that he could modify his holdings from time to time.

    Karol Brassard, resident of Montreal, Quebec, is a techno-entrepreneur
who founded Nexxlink Technologies Inc. Nexxlink had annual sales of more than
$125 million and employed more than 900 people across the country when it was
acquired by Bell Canada in 2005.
