Kangaroo Media Inc. reacts to patent complaint

    MIRABEL, QC, Oct. 3 /CNW Telbec/ - Kangaroo Media Inc. has learned that a
complaint has been filed in the United States District Court, Eastern District
of Texas, Tyler Division by Front Rows Technologies, LLC against Kangaroo and
other defendants, alleging infringement of their United States Patents
7,149,549 and 7,376,388 related to the Kangaroo TV technology. As of this
date, the complaint, which does not specify any damages, has not been formally
served on Kangaroo.
    Kangaroo will file its legal response in due course. No further details
or comments will be made at this time.
