Joseph Cordiano Joins DXStorm Board of Directors

    TORONTO, June 14 /CNW/ - Inc. ("DXStorm") (TSX-V: DXX)
announced today it has invited Joseph Cordiano, former Ontario Minister of
Economic Development and Trade, to join its Board of Directors.
    In addition to his ministerial position, Mr. Cordiano also had
responsibilities as GTA Regional Minister and as a member of the influential
Priorities and Planning Committee of Cabinet. During his years in opposition
Mr. Cordiano held a number of significant posts including Deputy Leader of the
Official Opposition, Parliamentary Assistant to the Premier, and Chair of the
Public Accounts Committee.
    As Minister, Mr. Cordiano was the Architect behind the province's
internationally recognized Automotive Investment Strategy. Under his tenure,
Ontario replaced Michigan as the leading auto-producing jurisdiction in North
America. During an extremely volatile period in the industry, Cordiano managed
to secure and negotiate over $7 billion in auto investment into Ontario. His
many successes led the Globe and Mail to conclude that "Cordiano leaves
Ontario a lasting auto legacy".
