announce the appointment of Mr. Jay Peters as Trustee and Director effective
October 3, 2008.
Mr. Peters is the President of J. Peters & Company, a marketing and
management consulting practice that focuses on clients in the retail,
marketing services and consumer services industries. Prior to founding his own
firm, Mr. Peters was Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer of TLC
Laser Eye Centers, President of Horizon International (a division of The
Oshawa Group Ltd.) and, for several years, he played a key leadership role in
the growth of Wendy's Restaurants of Canada. Currently, Mr. Peters is also a
director of Forzani Group Ltd. and a number of private and not-for-profit
