TORONTO, June 18 /CNW/ - Jaguar Financial Inc. ("Jaguar") (TSX: JFI)
announced its acquisition of 453,000 common shares of Telehop Communications
Inc. ("Telehop") (TSX-V: HOP). The Telehop shares were acquired in the normal
course on the Toronto Stock Exchange for investment purposes. The highest
price paid by Jaguar for the Telehop shares acquired today was $0.70 per share
and the average price paid was $0.67 per share. Combined with the Telehop
common shares previously owned, Jaguar now owns a total of 2,265,000 common
shares, representing approximately 17% of the total issued common shares of
Telehop. Other than as described herein, Jaguar has not acquired any other
common shares of Telehop since May 27, 2008.
