ISACSOFT announces signing of new contracts

    MONTREAL, March 27 /CNW Telbec/ - ISACSOFT INC. (TSX: ISF), which
provides software solutions and computer system services for knowledge-based
technologies, today announced the signing of contracts worth a total of more
than $400,000 by its Library Solutions, Learning Solutions, and Consulting
Services divisions.
    One of these contracts involves the City of Drummondville, which chose
ISACSOFT after a call for tenders for the implementation of its Portfolio
6.2.2 integrated system in the Côme Saint-Germain municipal library. The Town
of Mount Royal also retained ISACSOFT's services for its municipal library.
These two mandates represent revenues in excess of $200,000 for BiblioMondo,
the company's Library Solutions division.
    ISACSOFT also signed a contract with the Société de Formation à Distance
des Commissions Scolaires du Québec (SOFAD), which is an organization that
collaborates with Québec school boards to offer distance learning; and another
with the Association des courtiers et agents immobiliers du Québec (ACAIQ),
which is the association of Québec real estate brokerage professionals. These
two contracts are worth more than $200,000 for the Learning Solutions and
Consulting Services divisions respectively.
