CALGARY, Nov. 18 /CNW/ - International Sovereign Energy Corp. (the "Company") recently had its Q4 2009 drilling program delayed due to the suspension of all drilling permits concerning wells having a potential sour gas component by the Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) of Alberta. The suspension has since been lifted with minor notification and consultation revisions in the H2S protocol being implemented. The Company now expects to initiate the drilling program within the next two weeks; starting with a 1750m multi-zone oil exploration well. The Company also will plan to drill two shallow sweet gas wells in Northern Alberta as soon as weather permits.
