Company Appoints Regional Channel Chief Mark Snider and Finance Lead
Charlie Spano to Head Up Growing Canadian Division
MISSISSAUGA, ON, Sept. 6 /CNW/ - Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM) today
announced the appointment of Mark Snider to general manager, Partner
Development and Charlie Spano to general manager, Partner Support, Ingram
Micro Canada. With nearly 30 years of combined IT channel experience, the two
executives will work together along side of Ingram Micro's North America
executive management team to lead the company's Canadian operations and build
a stronger North America partner community.

As Ingram Micro Canada's general manager, Partner Development, Mark
Snider, 46, is responsible for sales, vendor management and marketing. Snider
previously served as vice president of sales for Canada. He continues to
report into Brian Wiser, Ingram Micro North America's senior vice president of
sales and vendor management.
Charlie Spano, 42, joined Ingram Micro in 1995 and is now accountable for
Canada's finance, operations, IT, and human resources departments. Prior to
his new appointment, Spano served as the senior director of finance. In this
newly expanded general manager role, he continues to report to Lisa Locklear,
vice president financial planning and analysis, Ingram Micro North America,
and liaises directly with Ingram Micro North America's Senior Vice President
and CFO Ross Crane.
Effective immediately, Snider and Spano take on the responsibilities
previously held by Martin Kalsbeek who announced his resignation as vice
president and general manager for Ingram Micro Canada in June 2007. Kalsbeek
continues to work with Ingram Micro Canada on strategic projects and is set to
leave the company at the end of 2007.
