    TORONTO, Sept. 15 /CNW/ - Notice is hereby given that an appeal hearing
will be held before an Appeal Panel of the Investment Industry Regulatory
Organization of Canada ("IIROC"), on December 4, 2008, at Reportex Agencies,
925 West Georgia Street, Suite 1010, Vancouver, B.C., at 10:00 am or as soon
thereafter as possible, to hear submissions in the matter of Mark Pierre Lotz
(the "Respondent").
    The Respondent is appealing a decision of an IDA hearing panel dated
