In the Matter of Golden Capital Securities Ltd. - Appeal

    VANCOUVER, April 27 /CNW/ - On March 13, 2009 the British Columbia
Securities Commission (BCSC) heard the appeal of the November 26, 2007,
January 7, 2008, and April 19, 2008 decisions of a Hearing Panel of the
Investment Dealers Association of Canada (IDA) in the matter of Golden Capital
Securities Ltd.
    The BCSC released its decision on April 9, 2009. The BCSC denied the
    Golden Capital Securities Ltd. has indicated that it intends to seek
leave to appeal the BCSC decision to the Court of Appeal for British Columbia.
