    TORONTO, May 22 /CNW/ - Notice is hereby given that a motion for
adjournment of the June 15, 2009 hearing was brought by the Respondents on May
1, 2009. The motion for an adjournment was granted by the Hearing Panel.
    The hearing has been rescheduled to be held before a Hearing Panel of the
Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC), commencing on
September 21, 2009 at Legal Transcript Services, located at 390 Bay Street,
11th Floor, Suite 1102, Toronto, Ontario at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter
as possible.
    The IDA formally initiated the investigation into the Respondents'
conduct in January 2004. The alleged violations occurred when the individual
Respondents were Registered Representatives with the Toronto office of
Credifinance Securities Limited and when the firm was a member of the IDA. Ms.
Glover continues to be a registrant at the same office. Credifinance is a
suspended Dealer Member of IIROC. Mr. Benarroch and Ms. Kent are no longer
registrants with an IIROC-regulated firm.

otherwise. The Hearing Panel's decision and reasons will be made available to
the public.
