Ignition Point Announces the resignation of its President and CEO, Peter van der Gracht

    VANCOUVER, June 22 /CNW/ - Ignition Point Technologies Corp. (TSX:IPN)
announced today that Mr. Peter van der Gracht has tendered his resignation as
President and CEO, effective immediately. Mr. van der Gracht will be pursuing
other business and personal opportunities. The Board of Directors thanks Mr.
van der Gracht for his contributions and extends best wishes in all his future
    Mr. Michael Cytrynbaum, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ignition
Point Technologies, will oversee operations on an interim basis until a new
CEO is appointed.
