IDC announces management change in operations

    Karim Teja resigns as COO, Michael Shannon named Senior Vice President of
    Operations, Kevin Meyers named Vice President of Operations

    CALGARY, Oct. 25 /CNW/ - IDC (Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd.) (TSX: IDL),
today announced that Karim Teja, Chief Operating Officer, will resign
effective October 31, 2007 for personal reasons. He will maintain a consulting
role with the company to facilitate an orderly transition. Mr. Teja joined IDC
in 1999, and had served as the company's CFO until June, 2006.
    "Leaving the company was a difficult decision, but made for personal
reasons," said Karim Teja. "I joined the company eight years ago with the

    Michael Shannon has been named Senior Vice President of Operations and
brings more than 30 years experience to IDC in production, manufacturing,
regulatory and product development. This includes 23 years with Nortel where
he was the recipient of the Nortel Networks CEO's Award for Innovation and was
responsible for worldwide wireless operations for the Sanmina-SCI Corporation.
    Kevin Meyers recently joined IDC as Vice President of Operations, and
brings more than 17 years of experience in product manufacturing and supply
chain strategy. Most recently, he was VP of Operations at BW Technologies, a
Calgary based global technology company purchased by Honeywell International.
