announced that Zoom Airlines Ltd. has selected Mobile Virtual Store(TM) to
process on-board cash, credit and debit card purchases on its transatlantic
flights from London to New York and Bermuda. Zoom Airlines Ltd. is a wholly
owned subsidiary of Zoom Airlines Inc. based in Ottawa, Ontario.

Express, Zoom will also be able to sell Gatwick Express train tickets to
passengers on-board for downtown transfers using the Mobile Virtual Store(TM)
handheld which will print the ticket on-demand during flight.
    Ancillary revenues from on-board retail sales are becoming more and more
critical in the day-to-day operations and profitability of airlines. Experts
predict that 20% of airline profits will be generated by on-board retail sales
