Global Uranium begins drilling on two projects

VANCOUVER, Dec. 3 /CNW/ - Global Uranium Corporation ("Global") (GU:
TSX- V) (Frankfurt: B1H) is pleased to announce that drilling is to commence
on two of the company's uranium claim groups. Drilling plans are being
completed on a third claim group and drilling should commence there in the
spring of 2008.

    Orchid Lake Project Saskatchewan, Canada
The targets on the Orchid Lake property are shallow, basement-hosted,
unconformity-type uranium deposits. The project is located 20 kilometers west
of the Cameco/AREVA Key Lake Uranium Mill in the prolific Athabasca Basin of
northern Saskatchewan. The Orchid Lake property is interpreted to lie on the
east north east structure that hosts the Key Lake uranium deposit that had an
average grade of 2.45% U(3)O(8). The Key Lake mine produced over 195 million
pounds of uranium from 1983 to 1997.
The drill is currently being mobilized to the property. A 10 hole (1500m)
program is planned to test an electromagnetic conductor detected using
sophisticated helicopter borne AeroTEM magnetic surveys.
The company recently acquired a further 1944 hectares of ground to cover
the westward extension of an electromagnetic conductor that intersected
uranium mineralization grading up to 0.19% U(3)O(8) in basement structures
drilled last winter.
Global Uranium is earning a 60% interest in Orchid Lake from Forum
Uranium Corp. (FDC:TSXV) by spending $2.25 over 3 years.

    V.O. Claims, Colorado, USA
A four hole (4,000 ft) program is planned to test Morrison Formation
targets in what is known as the San Raphael Swell (SRW). Several past
producing mines are located on the SRW and the plan is to test down dip trends
associated with past production.
The drill is on site and it is anticipated that the drilling will take
two weeks to complete. Results will be announced as soon as they are

Lucky Strike, White Cloud & Pay Zone Claims, Nevada, USA
Three fans of three holes each will be permitted on the Lucky Strike
property to test radiometric anomalies detected by a survey completed earlier
this year. Twenty holes will be permitted to test portions of the White Cloud
claims. On White Cloud, sampling in test pits ran .025% U(3)0(8) over two
feet. On the Pay Zone claims radiometric surveys revealed anomalies, however,
it is felt that additional sampling should be conducted before a drill plan
can be formulated.

Global Uranium is an early stage uranium exploration and development
company focusing on properties located in the southwestern United States and
northern Saskatchewan.
