GZM.UN) will hold its Annual Partners' Meeting on Wednesday, February 6, 2008,
at 2:00 p.m. (Eastern time), at the Palais des congrès de Montréal, 1001 Place
Jean-Paul-Riopelle, Room 511 B, Montréal (Québec), to review its activities as
well as discuss its 2007 fiscal year results and 2008 first quarter results.
The Annual Partners' Meeting will be broadcasted live on Gaz Métro's
