strategy aimed at doubling its market share in appliances. Future Shop is
investing in training and in-store changes to become the preferred shopping
destination for appliances in Canada. Starting June 20, 2008, Future Shop will
add the premium brand KitchenAid to their already expansive appliance
offerings in-store and online.

Future Shop is changing its stores with a complete appliance makeover,
moving away from the traditional warehouse look. The addition of KitchenAid
vignettes will allow customers to experience first-hand how KitchenAid
appliances can fit into their lifestyles.

needs, Future Shop has brought in new regional appliance managers and
certified product experts, giving the customer access to more leadership and
