Forbes sustained no infrastructure damage due to Hurricane Ike, although
South Texas and East Texas operations were suspended for several days due to
Ike. Forbes' rig fleet was idled for an average of three days due to the
storm. The impact to the truck fleet was greater because Forbes' trucks
typically operate over the weekend while the rigs do not. Substantially all
Forbes operations were back to normal within three days following the storm.
