Today, Mike Donoghue, President & CEO and Christianne Dostie, Vice President
of Allstate were on hand to celebrate the grand opening of the first Allstate
Insurance Agency to open in Ontario, in Windsor.
"We wouldn't be the company we are today if customers in Ontario didn't
choose to be insured with us," said Donoghue. "Allstate has always tried to do
more for its customers, and the opening of the new Allstate Insurance Agency
in Windsor, is just another step as part of our commitment to respond to the
changing needs and demands of our customers."

providing consumers with access to a team of experienced and knowledgeable

a customers needs. In each Agency there will be;

- An Allstate Agent who will expand the relationship by identifying
additional features to meet changing and evolving insurance needs;
- An Allstate Agent who will strengthen the relationship at renewal and
provide customer service and support.
"In making this transition, Allstate is offering our customers something
that other insurance companies do not; value. From our new enhanced phone
system that is easy to navigate, to our professional agents, and the
convenience of our new agencies, Allstate is changing with the times and we
are proud to be a part of this transition," added Brian Byrne, Agency Manager.
"Since we've opened the response from our clients about the new look and

Quebec and New Brunswick, including 7 in Ontario. Additional Allstate
Insurance Agencies will open in Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec and Alberta
