World Charity Awards Program announces $1 Million reward opportunity to Canadians

    TORONTO, June 19 /CNW/ - Each year "99" individuals are honoured on the
World Charity Award for a variety of contributions they have made to help
charities reach their goals in the Game of Life.
    We are honoured to announce as our 2008 Inspirational Honouree, Gord
Martineau of Citytv for his lifetime achievements in aiding charities. Gord
has traveled to various countries to help children get life saving surgeries
which are unavailable in their homeland through Operation Herbie and the
Herbie Fund. Gord is also active with Sick Kids, Variety Club, MS and many
more organizations.
    We ask the "Press Only" to join us to meet all of the different honourees
with their special stories at our interview and photo shoot on Friday, June 19
from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Wayne Gretzky's Restaurant, 99 Blue Jays
Way, Toronto, Ontario.
    At 4:00 p.m., the press announcement will be made explaining how any
Canadian can receive the 1 Million Dollar Reward for assisting the World Charity Award Program to help save lives and our planet.
