WINNIPEG, March 13 /CNW/ - Exchange Industrial Income Fund (Exchange)
(EIF.UN TSX-V) is pleased to announce that its units will be listed for
trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange effective at the market opening on
Monday, March 17, 2008, under the new symbol "EIF.UN".
"Graduating to the Toronto Stock Exchange is another important milestone
in our development. As Canada's senior Exchange, the TSX offers greater
national and international exposure for our Fund and its units, which should
benefit our existing unitholders and help attract new retail and institutional

ABOUT EXCHANGE INDUSTRIAL INCOME FUND
The Fund is a diversified, acquisition-oriented income trust, focused on
opportunities in the industrial products and transportation sectors which are
ideally suited for public markets except for their size. The strategy of the
