Director: Kari Skogland. With Stars Sir Ben Kingsley, Jim Sturgess, Rose
    McGowan, Kevin Zegers.

In the 1980s, when the Irish civil conflict was at its most treacherous,
22-year-old McGartland (Sturgess) was recruited by the British police to
infiltrate and spy on the IRA. Under the constant threat of exposure, torture
and even death, he continued because his information saved many lives. He
continued until he was discovered and had to escape against all odds. To this
day, he is on the run. Inspired by Martin McGartland's titular 1999 book, the
film was shot under tight security in Northern Ireland. Written and directed
by Toronto's Kari Skogland (The Stone Angel), who also produced alongside
Steven Hegyes, Shawn Williamson and Peter La Terriere.
